If you fancy some morning fitness that is more than pushing a pram then Fit by Stella is what you are after. Have fun lifting weights (and the occasional baby) and train on a variety of circuits while little ones play with the toys on offer or provide some spectator commentary! Frustrated by the lack of  exercise options, expensive gym memberships and restrictive creche options, drove Personal Trainer Stella to establish Mums and Bubs bootcamp from this beautiful Sandringham setting.

Children (and Mums) are certainly both well catered for and Mums can sweat it out while little ones happily play on the grass or observe from pool loungers. This 50 minute class offers different types of circuit training each week that includes squats, planks, burpies and ball slams.

Stella is only too happy to play Mum to little ones so there really is no excuse not to commit to the circuit. Its no wonder Mums with their little ones in tow come from far and wide to join in.
